Academics from the University of Nottingham will visit St. Ann's

The University of Nottingham is sending academics to St Ann's tomorrow. They want to look at the reality of issues like drugs, poverty and migration. Around 300 people from the area are expected to take part in a one-day workshop organised by the School of Sociology and Social Policy. A 1969 documentary about life in St. Ann's will be screened, and a film-maker will shoot footage in the community as part of remake.
